(ACE) Award You Can Be The Judge!
Fill out a rating card The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Central Ohio is pleased to announce the start of the 2008 NARI ACE (Achievement in Consumer Excellence) Award, a consumer rated awards program which honors NARI members that provide exemplary products and/or service. This award recognizes professionals in the remodeling industry and vendors that receive a high overall rating on four criteria as judged by consumers who have actually used their products and/or services. Unlike some other rating services, consumers will not pay a subscription fee to submit a rating or receive a referral.
“This program has multiple benefits. It provides consumers with a valuable tool to help them begin and complete successful remodeling projects, and that tool is the knowledge that they are selecting a professional remodeling contractor or product supplier that they can count on to do the quality work they desire. The ACE Award also provides a no cost mechanism for consumers to give feedback on work performed for them by NARI members.” stated Shari Bates, Executive Director of NARI of Central Ohio.
Consumers will be able to rate any remodeling industry provider on an A thru F scale based on four criteria 1. Quality of Work 2. Professionalism 3. Reliability and 4. Timeliness. In order to receive the NARI ACE Award, the company must be a member of NARI and must receive an average grade of 3.5 or better based on the alphabetic scores submitted by consumers. NARI members will also be able to rate vendors and suppliers that support the remodeling industry to recognize the excellent service and support that they provide.
Consumers can click here to rate ANY remodeling industry company. A rating card can be submitted electronically or printed and mailed. Consumers will also receive rating cards from NARI members at the completion of a remodeling project. Consumers may receive a call verifying their rating responses.
The very first NARI ACE Awards were presented in 2005, and we are pleased to begin our third year of recognizing professionals for their quality service. We thank all consumers who have taken their time to submit their ratings.
